Architectural Draftsman – Interior Fitout

About the role

The Architectural Draftsman will produce precise technical drawings for interior fit‑out projects, translating design concepts into buildable documentation. You will work on a variety of environments such as offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and residential interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure drawings meet design intent and construction standards.
• Develop material schedules and specifications to support procurement and on‑site installation.
• Conduct site measurements and surveys, updating plans to reflect actual conditions.
• Ensure all documentation complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Maintain organized project files, track revisions, and produce as‑built drawings after project completion.
• Identify and resolve design or construction issues in partnership with the project team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience drafting interior fit‑out projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with SketchUp.
