Architectural Foreman

About the role

The Architectural Foreman will supervise and coordinate all architectural and finishing works on construction sites, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate architectural and finishing works from blockwork through final handover.
• Oversee plastering, painting, façade finishing, insulation and waterproofing activities.
• Receive, inspect and verify finishing materials delivered to the site.
• Monitor painting operations and all finishing stages in coordination with the site engineer.
• Verify opening dimensions and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and facilitate handover of completed works to consultants.
• Ensure all finishing works meet project quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience as an Architectural Finishing Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, construction drawings and quality‑control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects to high standards within schedule.

Required skills

• Finishing trades (plastering, painting, façade finishing, insulation, waterproofing).
• Interpretation of construction drawings.
• Quality control procedures in construction.
