B2B Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing business customers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate and B2B clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Spot new projects, business opportunities, and tender possibilities.
• Monitor tenders and RFQs, guiding them through award and contract stages.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with relevant departments.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales and contracts.
• Coordinate purchase orders, contracts, payments, and collections with Finance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on clients, sales opportunities, and targeted projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with contracting, supplies, trading, or corporate projects is a plus.
• Strong ability to develop new business and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Kuwait residency (transferable) and a Kuwaiti driving licence is an advantage.
