About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Category Manager to own and develop our product categories. You will be responsible for shaping the assortment, driving sales growth, and ensuring profitability across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies to increase market share and sales.
Analyze consumer trends and optimize the product mix, introducing new items as needed.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and promotional support.
Set pricing structures and design promotional campaigns to boost performance.
Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, profit margins, and inventory turnover.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Category Manager, Buyer or Brand Manager, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
