Chemistry & Python Expert - Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Chemistry and Python specialist to join our AI training platform on a freelance basis. You will create and validate computational chemistry challenges that help improve AI systems used by leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational chemistry problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy and domain‑specific chemistry packages.
• Ensure each problem is computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within days or weeks.
• Develop challenges that require multi‑step reasoning in physical, quantum, and molecular modeling.
• Base problems on actual research questions or practical chemistry applications.
• Verify solutions programmatically and provide clear, documented problem statements with correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in applied research, teaching, or industry.
• Experience with numerical methods and computational chemistry concepts.
• Excellent written English (C1 level or higher).

What we offer
