Freelance Biology & Python Expert for AI Training

About the role

We are looking for a freelance specialist who can combine expertise in biology with strong Python programming skills to design and evaluate AI training problems. The work is project‑based, remote, and supports leading tech companies in testing and improving AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational biology problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based challenges using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, BioPython, and Pandas.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• Develop tasks that require non‑trivial reasoning in bioinformatics, systems biology, and molecular modeling.
• Base problems on genuine research challenges or practical applications from biology practice.
• Verify solutions programmatically and provide clear documentation with correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Biology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in applied research, teaching, or industry.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
