Client Experience Manager

About the role

CHANEL is seeking a Client Experience Manager to act as the brand ambassador in its fashion boutique, ensuring an exceptional client journey from entry to purchase. The role combines team leadership, floor‑operation coordination, and continuous improvement of the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the welcoming team, aligning them with CHANEL’s strategy and fostering collaboration.
• Organise daily schedules, guarantee adequate floor coverage, and optimise staffing according to traffic.
• Provide operational support to sales advisors, suggest efficiency improvements, and maintain a high‑service environment.
• Welcome and recognise loyal clients, drive loyalty initiatives, and contribute to client‑experience projects with Marketing and Learning teams.
• Handle client complaints constructively and relay competitor insights to boutique management.
• Support sales performance, ensure compliance with boutique procedures and charter, and assist in boutique strategy development.
