About the role
The Client Relations Officer will work on‑site at ZAD’s call centre in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. This full‑time position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to client questions, and provide information about ZAD’s services.
- Make outbound calls for follow‑up, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain service quality standards and meet daily call targets.
Required profile
- Fluent in the local accent required for effective client communication.
- Available to work rotating shifts; only morning shift is offered to female candidates.
- Full‑time availability, five days a week, eight hours per day.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
