About the role
We are looking for a proactive Client Service Executive to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The role involves acting as the main point of contact between customers and our printing and production departments, ensuring projects are measured, reported and delivered to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and on‑site visits to understand project requirements.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed project reports.
- Coordinate daily with production teams to align schedules, resources and quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing queries and updates.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Kuwait, preferably in printing, production or related fields.
- Valid Kuwait driving licence.
- Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of printing and production processes.
