Key Accounts Manager for Hypermarket and Supermarkets

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position based in Shuwaikh focuses on managing key accounts within hypermarkets and supermarkets. The Key Accounts Manager will nurture relationships with major retail partners, ensuring optimal product placement, pricing and promotional activity to drive sales and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed account plans for each hypermarket and supermarket partner.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs, analysing data to identify trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, logistics and merchandising to guarantee product availability.
• Conduct regular store visits, negotiate agreements and promotional campaigns.
• Resolve operational or service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities, support new product launches and provide market feedback to shape business strategy.

Required profile

• Strong account management experience in FMCG, retail or related sectors, preferably with modern trade channels.
• Proficiency in business planning, KPI tracking and solid analytical skills.
• Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships with hypermarket and supermarket partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
