About the role

The Cloud Solution Architect acts as the voice of customers and partners, translating their challenges into scalable Microsoft‑based solutions. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, connected experience while driving consumption, usage, and unified expansion across cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Represent customer/partner interests and gather insights from feedback tools.
• Translate business problems into industry‑standard cloud solutions using Microsoft architectures.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Apply Microsoft‑approved methodologies, patterns, and best practices to prepare customers for operational readiness.
• Guide customers toward well‑architected, secure, resilient, AI‑enabled, cost‑ and performance‑optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve customer objectives and increase satisfaction.
• Proactively surface new opportunities for consumption, usage, and unified expansion at scale.
