About the role
Ahlia Aluminium, a leading aluminium fabrication and installation company in Kuwait, is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead its sales and business development function. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract award, and will be instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation through to contract award.
- Develop and nurture relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants across Kuwait.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with technical and production teams.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of project opportunities and report performance to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to ensure a competitive commercial position.
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aluminium, construction, fit‑out, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Established network within Kuwait’s contracting and real‑estate development market.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Authorized to work in Kuwait; GCC‑based candidates preferred.
