About the role
Join the culinary team at Four Seasons Kuwait City as a Cook 2. You will prepare and cook dishes following standard procedures, recipe cards and visual guides while supporting the Chef de Partie.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, photographs and instructions.
- Assist the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in creating and maintaining standard recipes.
- Inspect taste, temperature, visual appeal and portion sizes for consistency.
- Maintain food quality, presentation and proper requisition.
- Follow sanitation procedures and keep the kitchen clean, neat and tidy.
Required profile
- At least 24 months of relevant kitchen experience.
- Good knowledge of various cuisines.
- Understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards.
