Customer Service & Bookings Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service & Bookings Coordinator to be the main point of contact for our cotton‑candy experience brand. You will handle inquiries, confirm bookings and ensure every birthday, catering or special order runs smoothly from the first message to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Instagram Direct Messages and WhatsApp.
• Answer questions about products, party packages and order details.
• Confirm bookings using our fixed pricing for birthdays, catering, events and individual orders.
• Send payment links, collect deposits and final payments.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the design team for birthday presentations and with store staff for preparation and execution.
• Track and follow up on pending bookings and inquiries to ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written communication with a warm, customer‑first tone.
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and bookings simultaneously.
• Reliable, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or event coordination is a plus, but training will be provided.
