Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance team in Kuwait. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of gas turbines, compressors, pumps and related electrical equipment within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue periodic maintenance and progress reports.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate equipment, preventive maintenance, and resource records.
• Monitor work orders to ensure correct recording of manpower, materials, failures, and maintenance activities.
• Track maintenance activities and report on manpower, spare parts, and resource utilization.
• Support effective planning and execution of electrical maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years supervisory experience in gas turbine, compressor, pump or related electrical equipment maintenance in the Oil & Gas industry, OR a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and work‑order management.
• Proven experience maintaining maintenance records and equipment history.
• Excellent leadership, reporting, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
