Enterprise Manager – Drive Growth in Kuwait

About the role

The organization, a leading provider of telecom infrastructure, data centre, ICT and energy solutions, is looking for an Enterprise Manager to lead the growth of its Enterprise Division in Kuwait. The role will focus on expanding the customer base, driving revenue and positioning the company as a trusted partner for SME and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base in Kuwait, targeting 70 % SME business and 30 % government tenders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across data‑centres, telecom, ICT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and manage executive‑level relationships, lead solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Lead participation in major Kuwait tenders (e.g., KPC, KOC, MEW, MOI) and coordinate technical, compliance and commercial proposals.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
• Engage with global vendors and distributors to develop strategic partnerships and enhance solution offerings.
• Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
• Strong background in ICT, telecom, data‑centre or energy‑related solutions.
• Proven track record managing SME accounts and tender‑based business.
• Hands‑on experience working with global technology vendors.
• Solid understanding of the Kuwait market, tendering processes and key government entities.
