About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Food Server to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality dining experience, ensuring orders are accurate and served promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take and serve customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure tables are set and maintained to company standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with tact and courtesy.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in food service.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a waiter or waitress.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work a 9‑hour shift.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Visa 18 Normal only.
