Restaurant Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Restaurant Operations Coordinator ensures smooth order processing, customer communication, and daily operational flow across multiple delivery platforms. You will act as the central hub between customers, kitchen staff, and delivery drivers to guarantee timely and accurate service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process orders through Ordable, Keeta, Talabat, and Deliveroo.
• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate orders between customers, kitchen staff, and delivery drivers.
• Monitor preparation and delivery times to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures and prepare related reports.
• Keep delivery platform menus, availability, pricing, and hours up to date.
• Resolve order cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints promptly.
• Track daily sales performance and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support SOP adherence, inventory monitoring, and stock shortage communication.
• Maintain accurate operational records and assist the Restaurant Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Ordable, Keeta, Talabat, and Deliveroo.
• Valid Food Safety Certificate and strong knowledge of food hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
