About the role
We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our team in Kuwait on an immediate basis. The role supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department and ensures accurate handling of employee information and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process KOC gate passes for staff and visitors.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR records.
- Update and maintain employee data within the ERP system.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse staff.
- Familiarity with Article 18 labour regulations (Kuwait).
Required skills
- Proficiency in data entry and record‑keeping.
- Experience using ERP systems for employee data management.
- Ability to handle gate‑pass processing procedures.
