HR Associate

About the role

The HR Associate supports the Human Resources department in daily operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, record‑keeping and employee services while maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters and contracts, and facilitate orientation sessions.
• Employee records & HR administration: maintain digital and physical employee files, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, and manage contracts, leave and attendance records.
• Payroll & benefits support: collect and validate employee data for payroll, liaise with finance for processing, and answer employee queries on benefits.
• Employee relations: act as first point of contact for inquiries, assist in resolving basic issues, and help organize engagement activities and events.
• Compliance & policies: ensure HR policies and procedures are followed, support implementation of internal guidelines, and maintain compliance with labor laws.
• Reporting & HR projects: prepare reports on attendance, turnover and recruitment status, support HR initiatives and assist in performance‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
