HR Associate

About the role

The HR Associate will support the HR Manager in delivering a full range of HR services across the business. This role acts as a partner to managers and employees, ensuring compliance, smooth operations, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with business and management teams while coordinating HR activities.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
• Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Keep job descriptions accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support HR projects such as job leveling, salary structure reviews, and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance and follow up on related matters.
• Support payroll coordination and administration of compensation and benefits.
• Assist with employee training and development activities.
• Provide general HR administration support to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent management, performance management, or salary structures.
• Bilingual communication abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build close working relationships within a team environment.
• Experience working in a multicultural, diverse organization.
• Result‑driven, creative, and assertive attitude.
