About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage our human resources functions in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor regulations.
- Support management in all HR‑related activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Kuwait.
- Experience working with multinational companies is an advantage.
- Must hold a transferable visa.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and Kuwait labor law.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
