Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are a leading restaurant management company in Kuwait seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to build and retain the teams behind our growing portfolio of dining brands. The role is based on‑site and focuses on all aspects of HR for multi‑site food & beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from kitchen crew to branch managers.
• Handle visas, residencies and ensure compliance with Kuwait labour law.
• Oversee payroll, attendance and HR systems.
• Lead onboarding, training and retention programmes.
• Build HR structure and policies that scale with each new opening.
• Manage employee relations, performance management and HR records.
• Partner with branch and senior leadership on workforce planning.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality or multi‑branch retail.
• Hands‑on experience with Kuwait labour law, PAM and visa processing.
• Comfortable with high‑volume, multi‑site hiring.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with discretion handling confidential information.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Kuwait; immediate joiners preferred.
