ICT Business Development Manager (Telecom)

About the role

The ICT Business Development Manager will drive growth of ICT products and services within the telecom sector in Kuwait. You will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying opportunities and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives for ICT products in Kuwait through new lead generation and client mining.
• Create and qualify sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Conduct lead generation, sales closing and ongoing account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic and key customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage all correspondence.
• Collaborate with presales teams to design solutions and price offers.
• Prepare tenders, develop proposals and support bid processes.
• Monitor competitor strategies, pricing and market trends.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout project delivery.
• Support Enterprise and SME Account Managers in closing new business.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in ICT business development or related sales roles.
