IT Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our technical support and systems administration team in Jahra, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily computer and network operations, guiding IT staff, and ensuring that all technology systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the technical support team and systems administrators.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and security standards.
• Plan and coordinate system upgrades, backups and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Provide guidance, training and performance feedback to IT personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising IT support or systems administration teams.
• Strong understanding of computer and network operations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop technical staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
