Junior Risk Management & Internal Control Associate

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a motivated Junior Risk Management & Internal Control Associate to join its RMIC team. You will help identify operational, financial and compliance risks across the business and support the design of effective controls.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in annual and ad‑hoc risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
• Analyse core processes such as inventory, procurement, cash cycles and returns for compliance and efficiency.
• Document findings, draft recommendations and track action‑plan implementation.
• Evaluate segregation of duties, fraud risk and control design.
• Collaborate with business units to resolve pain points and integrate data‑analytics into audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ACCA certification (mandatory).
• 1‑3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management or internal control.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and high integrity.
