Lighting Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Lighting Sales Manager to lead our lighting business across Kuwait. The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands‑on account development, covering the full project lifecycle from specification influence to order delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with annual revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor and set targets for the lighting sales team, reporting pipeline and performance to the Managing Director.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with engineering consultants, MEP contractors, main contractors, interior designers and project owners.
• Conduct client visits, site surveys and design‑stage meetings to influence lighting specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals, lighting design concepts and commercial quotations.
• Review tender documents, BOQs and specifications to ensure correct product selection and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and supply agreements.
• Coordinate order handling, delivery scheduling and documentation to ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Resolve post‑sale technical issues and manage warranties.
• Identify new project opportunities across commercial, hospitality, retail, government, healthcare and infrastructure sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in lighting sales and project management, preferably in medium to large‑scale projects.
• Proven network with engineering consultants, contractors and end‑clients in Kuwait.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead a sales team.
