Mechanical Supervisor

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance activities for critical oil and gas equipment in Kuwait. The role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while supporting the company's green energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor HSE requirements and ensure compliance during preventive maintenance activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and performance trends.
• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports and timesheets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Monitor equipment condition and support troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in gas turbine, compressor, pump, or related oil‑gas equipment maintenance, OR a Diploma with at least 10 years of similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in oil & gas or comparable industrial settings.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
