Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehab

About the role

The Occupational Therapist will join an inpatient rehabilitation team, delivering autonomous and accountable care to a complex patient population. The role emphasizes professional growth, departmental enhancement, and the ability to tailor interventions across all patient ages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to inpatients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation.
• Maintain compliance with the Level I career ladder requirements.
• Ensure CPR certification is current or obtained upon hire.
• Work day shift (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.) and log 80 hours bi‑weekly.

Required profile

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Arkansas State Board license or temporary graduate license.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Commitment to maintaining Level I career ladder standards.
• CPR certification (can be completed after hire).

Required skills

• Occupational Therapy clinical practice.
• CPR certification.
