About the role

We are a digital print company expanding with a new branch in Shuwaikh and need an enthusiastic Online Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on promoting our services through digital channels and handling online customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Receive customer orders through online channels and ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up with customers to confirm delivery and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital/online marketing.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Fluent Arabic speaking and comprehension.
• Indian nationality (as specified by the employer).
