Project Manager - Offshore Marine Construction

About the role

HEISCO is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major offshore and marine construction project in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project, ensuring safe and on‑time delivery while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of offshore marine construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate offshore activities such as marine logistics, vessel operations, lifting, dredging, and installation works.
• Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC, offshore, or marine construction projects.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale offshore or marine infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methodologies, offshore installation, dredging operations, and marine logistics.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
