About the role
We are seeking a Part‑Time IT & Network Support Engineer to provide on‑site assistance at our Kuwait City office. The role involves maintaining a small office server, supporting around ten workstations, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Visit the office weekly on a part‑time basis to manage and maintain the office server.
- Provide technical support for approximately ten computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Administer company email accounts and monitor software, domain, and license expirations.
- Perform regular data backups and enforce data security measures.
- Maintain records of IT assets and follow up on renewals.
- Deliver regular IT status updates to management.
Required profile
- At least one month of relevant experience in IT support or networking.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small office environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff and management.
