About the role
The Physical Therapist provides independent, accountable care for a complex patient population, contributing to departmental growth and professional development. This full‑time day‑shift position works weekdays with optional weekend coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy services to diverse patients.
- Maintain independence and accountability in patient care.
- Contribute to professional and departmental improvement initiatives.
- Complete all departmental competencies and required documentation.
- Adhere to Arkansas State Board licensing requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of professional physical therapy experience or successful completion of facility competencies.
- Current Arkansas State Board license in Physical Therapy.
- BS, MS, or DPT degree in Physical Therapy.
- CPR certification (can be obtained upon hire).
Required skills
- CPR certification.
