Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Floater for our Outpatient Therapy department. The role provides flexible, on‑site support across multiple therapy locations, delivering high‑quality care to a complex patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent physical therapy services to patients of varying ages in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrate accountability and professionalism while managing a diverse caseload.
• Participate in department initiatives aimed at professional growth and service enhancement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state licensing and facility competency standards.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
• Minimum one year of professional experience or completion of all required facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Graduated with a relevant degree (e.g., PT, OT, Speech‑Language Pathology, Recreation) as applicable.

Required skills

• Physical therapy assessment and treatment planning.
• CPR certification.
