Product Operations Associate

About the role

The Product Operations Associate at USim ensures day‑to‑day product operations run smoothly across the mobile app, admin portal, and supplier/network ecosystem. This hands‑on, execution‑focused position triages operational issues, coordinates fixes with engineering and partners, and maintains accurate plans and SKUs to quickly resolve customer‑impacting problems.

Key responsibilities

• Incident & issue management: triage, prioritize, and track daily bugs, reporting anomalies, FUP issues, and plan misconfigurations; coordinate fixes with engineering and validate with support.
• Plan / SKU operations: create, update, and maintain pricing, configuration, availability, and operational rules; run end‑to‑end checks and document changes.
• Supplier & network coordination: diagnose and resolve network or provisioning issues with third‑party suppliers; manage provider switching when service quality requires it.
• Tooling, documentation, and process improvement: enhance Notion runbooks, keep Jira workflows clean, and propose automation to reduce manual work.
• Cross‑functional coordination: work closely with founders, C‑suite, engineering, operations, and customer service to surface and resolve issues early.

• Comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, customer service, and suppliers.
