Project Manager / Engineer – Architecture & Engineering Projects

About the role

Jassim Qabazard Engineering Consultants is seeking a full‑time Project Manager/Engineer to lead architectural and engineering projects in Kuwait City. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initiation to completion while ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors on‑site.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report status to leadership and clients.
• Manage logistics, expediting, and inspection activities to meet project timelines.
• Support risk management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or similar construction/engineering environments.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects in the Gulf region.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
