QA/QC Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

HEISCO, a leading EPC contractor in the Middle East, is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across its major engineering, procurement, and construction projects. This strategic position will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and a culture of quality throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all QA and QC functions across EPC projects, ensuring alignment with contract specifications and client expectations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project‑specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Prepare, review, and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Manage inspection activities for engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, track findings, and ensure effective closure.
• Lead multidisciplinary QA/QC teams, including inspectors and quality engineers.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and industry‑specific quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or heavy industrial projects.
• At least 5 years in a QA/QC leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
