About the role
We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for the Food & Beverage department of a renowned 5‑star hotel in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role supports the hotel’s procurement activities, ensuring that all F&B supplies are sourced efficiently and cost‑effectively. The coordinator will collaborate with the culinary and finance teams to align purchasing plans with budgetary targets and operational needs.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Previous experience in purchasing for a hotel, restaurant, catering company or food store, preferably within the F&B sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Competitive salary of KWD 200–250.
- Accommodation, transportation, meals and an annual air ticket.
- Friday off and a half‑day on Saturday.
- Full‑time permanent position.
