About the role
The Quality Controller – Sanitary is responsible for visiting customers on‑site to investigate complaints related to sanitary products, providing prompt feedback and recommendations. The role aims to resolve issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing complaint lead times.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customer sites within the agreed time‑frame to assess raised complaints.
- Prepare a professional QC report with clear recommendations.
- Where possible, fix the problem on‑site to minimise downtime.
- Complete the customer visit and submit the report within 48 hours of complaint receipt.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and effective communication with customers and internal staff.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience handling and installing sanitary items.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and office personnel.
