About the role
The Receptionist supports the Showroom Manager and the Central Services of the Automotive division, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and handling a range of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate representative.
- Maintain and organise all files and archive support for the Automotive division.
- Arrange and coordinate the manager’s schedule.
- Write and translate facility correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Organise travel and hotel accommodation for managerial staff.
- Prepare employee change‑of‑status forms and coordinate with HR on personal matters.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail for the manager.
Required profile
- Fluent in speaking and writing Arabic and English.
- Self‑motivated, personable and able to manage demanding customers.
- Professional appearance, good communication and punctual.
- Team player with a pleasant personality.
- Willing to work two shifts (08:00‑12:00 and 16:30‑20:00).
- Education: High School/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
