Retail Manager – Store Based

About the role

As a Retail Manager for the SKIMS brand at Al Tayer Insignia in Kuwait, you will lead the store’s day‑to‑day operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for driving a high‑performance culture, maintaining operational excellence, and aligning the team with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store targets through effective leadership and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, implement action plans and optimise profitability.
• Oversee stock management, ensure compliance with procedures and minimise loss.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards across the store.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives in line with operational guidelines.
• Recruit, train and retain a high‑performing team, providing coaching and development.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience managing fast‑paced, large‑format or multiple profitable retail stores.
• Proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales goals and manage P&L.
