Sr. Sales Executive - B2B (Home Furniture)

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – B2B will drive revenue growth by targeting architects, consultants, and contractors for Safat Home’s home‑furniture portfolio, focusing on large commercial and residential projects across Kuwait and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with architects and consultants to secure specification of Safat Home tiles, sanitary ware and furniture in project tenders.
• Research upcoming commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Leverage and expand a network of contractors, site engineers and developers to generate direct sales and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for volume, value and profit margins.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry, quotation, technical presentation, negotiation to final closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing, providing feedback to Category and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Installation departments to ensure project timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales orders, ensure accurate documentation and adherence to payment terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven project sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably with tiles and sanitary ware.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong existing network of architects, consultants and contractors in Kuwait/GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and a transferable visa (Article 18).
