Sales Administration Specialist

About the role

Bede, a fintech joint‑venture of Zain Group, is looking for a proactive Sales Administration Specialist to support commercial operations and merchant onboarding. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys coordinating across teams and managing administrative processes with accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end merchant onboarding by coordinating documentation and ensuring timely, accurate completion.
• Maintain and update sales trackers, reports, databases, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate and follow up with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to guarantee timely activity completion.
• Communicate professionally with merchants and external stakeholders to provide updates, collect information, and resolve queries.
• Organise electronic files and records for accuracy, compliance, and easy accessibility.
• Monitor pending tasks, follow‑ups, and deadlines, proactively identifying and closing administrative gaps.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in banking, financial services, retail, e‑commerce, telecommunications, or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a proactive, independent work style.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining trackers, reports, and data.
