Sales Executive – Certification

About the role

The Sales Executive – Certification will drive new business opportunities for BV Kuwait by promoting certification services, management training, and HSE technical training. The role involves market analysis, client outreach, and coordination with internal teams to secure contracts and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers and business potentials.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to plan sales activities.
• Communicate BV Kuwait services and new products to potential clients.
• Participate in fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
• Prepare and review applications, tenders, offers, and related documentation.
• Secure new certification, management training, and HSE technical training sales.
• Plan and execute sales visits, maintain visit logs, and register opportunities in the AWI system.
• Coordinate transitions from sales to operations with CER and training coordinators.
• Utilise CRM tools for data entry and reporting, including weekly visit plans and monthly/quarterly sales performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with QHSSE rules and client regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering or a relevant diploma.
• 3–7 years of business development or sales experience in a similar market or services domain.
• Ability to work independently with daily supervision.
