Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with schools and other educational institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of our products and services and communicate their value to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in schools.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Kuwaiti education market.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Generate, follow up on leads, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong customer relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Results‑driven and goal‑oriented.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
