Sales Specialist – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Kuwait team. You will focus on field sales activities, supporting our distributors and expanding our retail footprint in hardware and tool stores across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field sales visits to support distributor partners and grow retail presence in hardware and tool stores.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new retail accounts such as hardware stores and construction material retailers.
• Train store staff on product features, benefits, and effective sales techniques.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Prepare regular sales reports that include market insights, customer feedback, and progress updates.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with distributors and retail partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of field sales or retail channel development experience, preferably in hardware, tools, or construction materials.
• Proven experience in retail store development, dealer/distributor support, or B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently in a field‑based role.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and use a personal vehicle (travel expenses reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
