Senior Operations Manager

About the role

A well‑reputed company in Kuwait is looking for a highly experienced, process‑driven Senior Operations Manager. The role will lead the transformation of the operational structure into a top‑tier landscaping operations platform across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities across maintenance, implementation, logistics, and field coordination.
• Establish structured operational systems aligned with premium service standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, reporting structures, and accountability systems.
• Improve company‑wide operational efficiency and execution quality.
• Supervise daily deployment of field teams, vehicles, equipment, and operational resources.
• Monitor project and maintenance execution standards across all active sites.
• Conduct regular operational site visits and quality inspections.
• Build KPI‑driven operational dashboards and reporting structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of professional operational management experience.
• Previous experience in logistics companies, facility management, or large‑scale field operations.
• Experience with organisations such as DHL, IKEA, AGILITY or similar operational environments is strongly preferred.
