Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate skincare products and techniques with confidence and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and in‑store events.
• Keep the sales floor clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
• Complete required administrative and operational tasks accurately.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in skincare or facial treatments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and helping customers meet their skin goals.
• Confident, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
