About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waitress to join the vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Group. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences through attentive service, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous table service to guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Support departmental goals by controlling costs, managing inventory, and adhering to quality standards.
• Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
