About the role

The Waitress will serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned area of the hotel, ensuring a courteous, professional and flexible service that enhances guest satisfaction.

Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Required profile

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sharing success stories and takes pride in personal appearance.
